  1. Set the rate at which the movie will play when the window is opened.
  2. Values range from -5.0 to 5.0. 
  3. 0.0 is stopped, 1.0 is normal speed forward, -1.0 is normal speed backwards.
  4. Note: once the user stops the movie, starting the movie again will revert to a rate of 1.0.
